Goal: To understand and get users feedback on their connection meetings through a meeting helpfulness survey and provide a report of the same to the program administrators.
Features & Capabilities
New Features to enable the Survey and Reporting:
The survey and reporting capabilities will be behind 2 feature flags called “Meeting Helpfulness Survey” & “Meeting Helpfulness Report”.
These features will be available for super users under “Settings > Features > Mentoring & Connection Area” & “Settings > Features > Reports & Surveys” respectively. They can be enabled only by support/CX.
[End Users] Meeting Helpfulness Survey & Meeting Follow-Up Email
After completing a meeting(i.e. past meeting), users will be prompted to take a survey through a nudge in the top left of their meeting details page.
For users meeting via the Chronus platform (Virtual Meet or Guided Conversations), the survey will appear immediately as a popup after meetings lasting more than 5 minutes.
The survey allows users to rate the helpfulness of the meeting and select from a set of tags/reasons based on their rating, gathering more specific feedback. Users can also provide additional open-ended comments about their experience.
This feature is available for all types of meetings (in-person, phone, or online via the platform) as long as the meeting is logged in the system.
After a meeting is complete, users will be asked to provide their response through the email if they hadn’t.
If the user has participated in a Guided Conversation, a summary of the tasks and goals discussed during the meeting will be included in the email, even if they have already provided feedback.
[Administrator] Meeting Helpfulness Report
Report on the Admin Dashboard
Administrators can now view a report of the survey responses directly on their dashboard under 'Home > Engagement > Connection Meetings Helpfulness.'
The report includes:
Percentage of responses rated 'Helpful' and above.
Total number of responses received.
Breakdown of ratings, highlighting areas for improvement and areas that worked well.
Administrators can filter the report by date range from here for more precise insights.
Clicking on the details will direct administrators to a more detailed report for further analysis.
Detailed Meeting Helpfulness Report
Clicking 'More Insights' from the Connection Meetings Helpfulness report on the dashboard will direct the administrator to the detailed 'Connection Meetings Helpfulness' report.
Alternatively, the administrator can access this report through 'Manage > Reporting > Connection Meetings Report > Meeting Helpfulness (Tab).'
The 'Meetings Listing' report, which includes detailed data on the connection meetings, is also available in the 'Connection Meetings Report' under a separate tab."
In this detailed report, the administrator will find the same details shown on the dashboard, along with a comprehensive list of individual user responses for the helpfulness survey.
