Goal: Improve survey response rates by promoting users to respond to surveys without login
Key Enhancement: Allow admins to share connection surveys with users without requiring them to login to complete the survey.
Admin Experience
New setting in the survey creation and edit option to enable users to respond to surveys without login.
For existing surveys, under “Manage” > “Edit” button the option to enable this setting is present.
The capability can be set at an individual survey level, giving admins the option to decide which surveys to be responded without login
Future survey reminder emails sent after enabling this setting will allow users to respond to the survey in the non-logged-in page. Please note if dynamic emails are enabled, users can answer the survey within the email inbox.
End User Experience
On clicking the “Start Survey” button, the user is redirected to Chronus and the survey is displayed on non-logged-in page as follows
Once the user has responded to the survey, they will be shown the below screen
If the user has already responded to the survey or has left it in drafted state, they have to login to update or view their answers.
