Recognize meaningful participation in your program your way by setting certificate criteria that reflects what success actually looks like for the partners in your program.
Applicable to: All programs using connection certificates with task-based rewarding criteria.
How it works
Task completion threshold is now editable through the platform. Admins can set the minimum % of tasks required for a certificate to be awarded.
Instead of requiring all tasks to be completed, a custom threshold can be configured (e.g., 70% of tasks).
To set up, navigate to Manage → Connection Certificates → open any connection certificate configuration → edit the Rewarding Criteria section → set the task completion % and click "Save."
How the rewarding criteria works
When a connection closes, Chronus evaluates each participant's task completion against the configured threshold. If the participant has completed at least X% of their assigned tasks, they qualify for the certificate. The evaluation runs automatically on connection closure — no manual action needed. If the threshold is later updated, it applies to connections that close after the change; already-issued certificates are unaffected.
