The updates are designed to enhance accountability and support by ensuring an optimal meeting experience. Users can create goals and tasks, take notes, and build upon preset agendas, all while collaborating in real time during their meetings.

Meeting Guide Sets can be applied to Connections
Administrators with the help of Chronus Support can now apply “Meeting Guide Sets” to connection plan templates.
The “Meeting Guide Sets” will have a set of meeting guides with preset meeting agendas that will help users to get started with their connections and have meaningful conversations.
Users can schedule the Guided Meetings assigned to the connections
Users upon connection creation will be prompted to schedule these meetings.
Users can choose to schedule or skip these meetings.
Meeting Agenda Management
Users will now see contextual tips before, during, and after their meetings.
Users can preview the meeting agenda for these meetings before, during, and after meetings.
Users can add, edit, and delete agenda items and sections as needed.
Users can also scroll through agenda items and take notes before, during, and after meetings.
Admin-added agenda items cannot be edited or deleted by end users.
Any agenda modifications will be reflected in real time to the mentoring partners.
The experience also includes easy-to-access Purpose Profiles if present in the meeting agenda.
Real-Time Agenda Collaboration
Users can now see which agenda items, sections, goals, and tasks their mentoring partner is actively editing in real time.
Note updates will not be reflected live but will update on page refresh.
Changes to agenda items, sections, goals, and tasks will be instantly reflected on the partner’s screen.
Goal and Task Management During and After Meetings
Users can add, edit, and track goals and tasks within the meeting.
Tasks from previous meetings will now automatically appear in the current meeting agenda.
Task updates are reflected live to the mentoring partner.
The Recap & Next Steps section will now be available during and after the meeting, displaying all the tasks created during the session.
A prompt to schedule the next meeting if one is not already planned.
After the meeting ends, users will be encouraged to review and update notes and tasks.
