This is supported by intuitive in-app guidance and timely, intelligent nudges that assist users throughout the entire connection lifecycle, from preparation, to in-meeting engagement, follow-up, and beyond.

Managing Meeting Guides at Program Level
Super users can now import meeting guide packages or selective categories into individual programs. This enables tailored experiences while maintaining alignment with organizational standards. Administrators can always preview these guides from “Manage → Engagement → Meeting Guides”
Guides can also be created and imported custom to a program/customer use case with the help of Chronus Team.
End Users can choose Meeting Guides
End users can choose from a list of meeting guides while setting up a meeting. These guides are previewable, categorized, and help jumpstart purposeful conversations.
Users can add, update, and delete agendas from their meetings with the help of meeting guides. Meeting guides can also be attached to poll meetings.
Users can also access their last meeting agenda from the current meeting.
Note: Users can always build their agenda from scratch as and when needed.

Nudges & Communication Touchpoints
Users will have options to add or update their meeting agenda from meeting-related email notifications through links, whether or not an agenda is already present.
Users can access agendas through links directly from Slack or Teams meeting reminder and poll confirmation notifications.
Users are notified via email when co-attendees update agendas. The system sends these alerts at regular intervals.
Users will receive the full agenda in the meeting reminder notification emails sent 2 hours before the start of the meeting.

In-App Promotion & Guidance for End Users
Users are proactively shown banners explaining the meeting guides and agenda functionality upon visiting the connection or meeting. Depending on whether user-driven meeting guides are enabled or not, content dynamically adapts to show relevant benefits. These banners disappear after the user views them at least once.
