Built-In Meeting Prep
Through a shared agenda, participants can prep for meetings with structured prompts and conversation starters, helping them come prepared and confident.
Personalized Agendas
Mentors and mentees can tailor their meeting agendas by selecting topics that align with their goals, making each conversation more meaningful. Participants select their agendas from a curated list that admins create - selecting from our library of 500+ agendas, or ones that they've added.
Once an agenda is selected, participants can add new sections and prompts or remove items that don't apply to their mentoring conversation.
Guided, In-App Meeting Experience
Participants are supported with in-the-moment guidance and prompts right inside the meeting experience—keeping conversations focused and impactful.
Real-Time Reporting
Track engagement and program activity as it happens, with visibility into which agendas are being used and how participants are progressing.
And with the built-in meeting helpfulness survey, admins can also see how mentors and mentees are rating the helpfulness of their meetings.
