Mentors play a crucial role in guiding their mentees, making their reminders more effective than system-generated prompts. With this new feature, mentors can encourage mentees to complete pending surveys at any stage of their mentorship, whether midcourse or at the end of their connection. This personalized approach increases survey completion rates, benefiting all one-on-one engagement programs using connection surveys.

This feature is particularly valuable for coaching programs, where coaches can request feedback from mentees at the end of their coaching connection. While responses remain visible only to admins unless a sharing option is enabled, this ensures valuable insights are captured to enhance program effectiveness.

Mentees are more likely to complete tasks when prompted by their mentors rather than the system. With this feature, mentors can remind mentees to complete pending surveys at any point during their mentorship, helping to increase response rates.

Accessing the Feature: The capability exists as a setting at a program level.

Navigation Path: Manage > Program Configuration > Program Settings > Features > Mentoring and Connection Area > Connection Survey Reminders.

This feature is currently available only for one-on-one mentoring programs.

Configuration: Once this setting is enabled and saved, a new email template is created, and mentors gain access to a survey reminder option within their connections. They can navigate to their connection, click the "Connection Details" tab, and find "Send Survey Reminders" under Quick Links.

When users click "Send Survey Reminders," the following popup appears.

Mentors can view all pending surveys and select specific ones or all at once before clicking “Send Reminders.” This triggers an email notification to mentees.

Admins can find and edit the email template for survey reminders under the “Connection Notifications” section in “System Emails” within “Program Configuration.”
