Improved Design & Usability
A revised and modern visual design is coming to all parts of the connection experience. Inline editing tools, like drawers and popups, are used to keep participants grounded in their work, whether setting new goals or scheduling a meeting.
Prioritized Conversation
Messaging mentoring partners is now done in an easily accessible panel on the main connection page.
Schedule with Calendar View
Participants can now see their partner’s calendars and recommended time slots when scheduling mentoring discussions.
When tested with a set of Chronus users,
this update increased scheduled meetings by 23%.
Goals & Progress Prioritized
In the new connection experience, goals and progress are prioritized over task completion. Goals are no longer on a separate tab. They are emphasized at the top of the connection plan as the partnership's priority. Participants will also be given guidance when setting their goals and examples of what strong, relevant “SMART” goals look like. Note that this is only available for connections with goals enabled.
Updated Navigation
Tab navigation has been updated to prioritize goals and meetings. A new tab, “Learning Resources,” has been added for easy sharing of resources and access to resources assigned to the participants.
Improved Usability
When tested by a third party, the updated design received a score of 92% on the System Usability Scale (SUS). This puts the design and usability in the A+ bracket, the highest bracket on the scale.
When the calendar-based scheduling update was A/B tested with users from select Chronus customers, the number of scheduled meetings increased by 23%.
