Introduction
Chronus offers several reporting tools for your programs. This article covers the reports that can be found under the Reports dropdown in the left navigation menu within a program track in the Outcome Reports section. You can also quickly navigate to some of these reports from the Manage page within the Reporting tile.
Outcome reports help you assess the overall impact your program has had over a defined time period. These reports are especially helpful for gathering statistics about the program after a cohort has finished.
Different reports are available for different enrollment methods (apply to join, invitations, etc.) and different program types (1:1 ongoing mentoring, flash, circles, etc.). For this reason, some of the reports covered in this article may not be applicable or available for your program.
Program Outcomes
The Program Outcomes section includes one report, Program Outcomes, which is explained in more detail below.
Program Outcomes Report
This report provides an overview of your program's progress in four areas: Membership, Matching, Engagement-Completed Mentoring Connections, and Positive Results Reported in Completed Mentoring Connections. By examining and comparing different time periods, these reports enable you to gauge the progress of your program over time. You can filter by various time periods and dates by clicking on the dropdown menu next to the date range on the top right of this report. Additionally, you can click on the funnel icon next to the date range drop-down menu to add additional filters to this report. You may also export this report to a CSV by simply clicking on the download/export icon directly to the right of the funnel icon.

Program Survey Reports
Program Survey Reports provide a qualitative and quantitative overview of the results of the program surveys that you have created for your program. Program Survey Reports differ from Mentoring Connection Survey Reports as they are not tied to a connection plan. If you do not see any reports in this section, it is because you have not created any Program Surveys for your program. The View Survey button at the top right of this page redirects you to the Survey tool in the Engagement card.
Meeting Survey Outcome Reports (One-time/Flash Mentoring Programs Only)
Meeting Survey Outcome Reports provide a qualitative and quantitative overview of the results of one-time or flash mentoring meetings. If you do not have one-time mentoring turned on for your program, you will not see any reports in this section.
Mentoring Connection Survey Reports
Mentoring Connection Survey Reports provide a qualitative and quantitative overview of the results of your mentoring connection surveys. The View Survey button at the top right of this page redirects you to the Survey tool in the Engagement card (as seen in the image below).
