Today, many connections start with a first meeting but lose momentum afterward. However, we’ve also seen when users have structured guidance are significantly more likely to schedule a second meeting (a relative 84% increase!).
With this release we have clearly laid out the journey from the first to final meeting, including recommending their next guide!
Applicable For
1:1 Connections
New Connections in Participant-Driven Guided Programs
Participants in connections that already are established will not recieve this update until they are in a new connection
All Connections in Participant-Driven Guided Programs
How It Works
Guided Meeting Structure
Connections now follow a structured journey with a predefined expected number of meetings based on the admin-configured meeting frequency.
The meeting setup experience has been improved to:
Clearly communicate expected commitment (e.g., 3–6 conversations)
Reduce confusion around what is suggested vs flexible
Make scheduling the next meeting more intuitive
Applicable only for 1:1 programs
Admin-Driven View Guides are assigned by admins. | Participant-Driven View Guides are selected by participants. |
What is meeting frequency? This is the frequency that admins recommend that partners meet. The default is once per month, but admins can also select to recommend more frequent meetings (once a week or once every two weeks). To learn more about this setting see this article.
Recommended Guides
When browsing meeting guides, users will now see a Recommended section based on:
The participant's answers to questions in the Game Plan Builder
Their previously selected agendas
Criteria included in the matching algorithm
This makes it easier for users to quickly select relevant agendas without browsing the full library.

Guides recommended when scheduling | Guided recommended when meeting is scheduled, but no guide is selected |
Why this matters
Providing meaningful guidance increases the likelihood that users:
Schedule follow-up meetings
Attach agendas consistently
Stay engaged beyond the first conversation
