We’re introducing a set of design updates that create a cleaner, more intuitive experience within participant connections. These updates will be available to all participants on January 22nd, 2026.
Collapsible Sidebar
Participants can now collapse the menu sidebar to create a more focused space for working with their connection. When entering a connection, the sidebar will be collapsed by default to minimize distractions.
If a participant opens the sidebar, it will remain open for the remainder of their session or until they choose to collapse it again.
Collapsible Message Widget
Participants can also collapse the messaging widget within their connection. This gives them more room to focus on goals, tasks, and scheduling their next meeting—without losing access to messages when they need them.
Guided Meeting Scheduling
Design improvements make it easier for participants to choose and align their meetings around a guide:
A more prominent prompt to select a meeting guide
Once selected, the guide title automatically becomes the meeting title, making it easier for participants and admins to understand what was discussed
