Built-In Meeting Satisfaction Survey: After each meeting, participants will be asked a simple question: How was your meeting? With a single click, they can share their satisfaction and reason for their selection.
Whether participants meet in-person or over the phone, they will be prompted to share their satisfaction – as long as they have logged their meeting in the platform.
New Engagement Metric: Admins will receive real-time feedback on the success of mentoring meetings, allowing them to share this insight and adjust matches when necessary.
Insight on Every Meeting: Admins can see the average meeting satisfaction for every connection.
