Q1 | Enrollment is a participant's first experience in their program. The redesigned enrollment breaks profile completion down into bitesize sections. In self-match programs, this improvement increased match requests by 12%. Learn More

System Email Redesign

Q3 | In addition to a new template that helps the reader focus on the message, the emails are being redesigned to encourage participants to return and take the next step in their partnership. Connection Views

Q3 | Strong connections between participants are the most important aspect of any mentoring program. Connection Views help admins monitor connections and take action for higher engagement. This ability to efficiently identify and effectively address specific partnership connections becomes even more critical as the number of connections within a program increases. Learn More

Connection Activity Summary

Q4 | Understanding not only the level of activity within a partnership but also where the activity may have dropped off provides an indication to admins that there may be something to address with the partnership in order for connections to be successful. Connection Activity Summaries enable admins to gain deeper insights into how individual partnerships are progressing. Learn More
