Mentoring Connection Plan

Q2 | Live meetings are essential for connection and engagement in mentorship, and it all starts with the first meeting. Improvements to the connection plan experience decreased the time it took participants to schedule the first meeting and increased first meetings by 44%.

New User Enrollment

Q1 | Enrollment is a participant's first experience in their program. The redesigned enrollment breaks profile completion down into bitesize sections. It also includes mentoring training and the opportunity to review and request mentoring partners before arriving on the dashboard. In self-match programs, this improvement increased match requests by 12%. Learn More

System Email Redesign

Q3 | In addition to a new template that helps the reader focus on the message, the emails are being redesigned to encourage participants to return and take the next step in their partnership. For example, and update to the email that encourages participants to schedule their first meeting after being matched increased first meetings by 400%.

Chronus's five new soft skill courses are designed to be woven into mentoring conversations. Each of the new courses has a corresponding connection plan that creates the structure for the learning journey as well as mentor discussion guides and skill progress checks.

New courses include:

Connection Views

Q3 | Strong connections between participants are the most important aspect of any mentoring program. Connection Views help admins monitor connections and take action for higher engagement. This ability to efficiently identify and effectively address specific partnership connections becomes even more critical as the number of connections within a program increases. Learn More

Connection Activity Summary

Q4 | Understanding not only the level of activity within a partnership but also where the activity may have dropped off provides an indication to admins that there may be something to address with the partnership in order for connections to be successful. Connection Activity Summaries enable admins to gain deeper insights into how individual partnerships are progressing. Learn More

Track Event Attendance

Q2 | Keep all your event data in one place with the ability to track who attended events. A simple upload allows you to record event RSVPs through attendance. Learn More
