Diversity Fatigue

Real Talk About Where We Are and Where We (Maybe) Want to Go. DEI is rapidly becoming a taboo topic. We are already experiencing tremendous resentment and resistance to equitable and inclusive actions. In this session, we discuss why corporations need to continue to assess current policies and adapt to changing workforce needs and demands. Additionally, we focus on how to be an inclusive leader/employee using interactive real-world examples.

Building Safe and Courageous Spaces

Too often individuals complain about what is wrong with the company and this negativity gets traction. What is going on? In this session, we focus on psychological safety as it relates to the specific organization. We discuss barriers to safety, intention v. impact, tactics to consider, and how to ask powerful questions to help move conversations along.

Death by 1000 Papercuts: Unconscious Bias, Subtle Acts of Exclusion and You

“I didn’t mean it.” “Anyone who knows me knows I don’t have an X (racist, sexist, homophobic…) bone in my body.” Language matters. Intention matters. Many people are stating they don’t know what to say anymore because they are afraid of getting it wrong. NOT TALKING IS WORSE! In this session, we unpack the lingo and provide real-world examples and solutions.
