How It Works
Admin Experience
Cross-Cohort Dashboard ("Cohorts at a Glance"): Accessible via the Dashboard link in the Cohort Group left nav bar. Displays aggregate metrics across all cohorts in the group on a single scrollable page.

Enrollment Section
Total Users: Line chart showing all users, mentors, and mentees per cohort over time
New vs. Returning Users: Bar chart showing how many participants were new to the program vs. returning in each cohort
Matching Section
Total Connected Users: Line chart showing matched users (all, mentors, mentees) per cohort
Match Rate: Line chart showing match rate % per role per cohort
Engagement Section
Total Scheduled Meetings: Line chart showing all meeting volume per cohort (includes ongoing and flash meetings)
Impact & Satisfaction Section
Satisfaction Score: Line chart showing survey satisfaction per cohort (shows "not configured" if survey not active)
NPS Score: Line chart showing NPS by role per cohort (shows "not configured" if NPS not active)
Additional Reporting Features
Chart Expand: Each chart has a full-screen expand icon for closer inspection during reviews
PDF Export: Full dashboard can be exported as a date-stamped PDF via the top-right menu (⋮). Individual charts can also be exported separately
Historical Comparison Datasets: CX/Support can assist in adding custom historical datasets (via "Manage Comparison Data") to include past cohort data not in the system, enabling multi-year trend views
ADA / Keyboard Accessibility: All charts and interactive elements are keyboard-navigable, meeting accessibility requirements
Custom Terminology: Dashboard labels respect the program's configured role terminology (e.g., "Students" instead of "Mentees")
Release Certification
This release has been reviewed and certified for deployment. Features are gated behind cohort group access controls. PDF export includes server-side HTML sanitization. NPS and Satisfaction Score zero states are handled gracefully.
