[Platform Update] New Tools For High-Impact Connection and Collaboration

New releases that build on existing tools, giving you more ways to support meaningful conversations.

Updated this week

Early next year we’re introducing a few updates designed to make it easier for your teams to stay connected, learn from their work, and collaborate across your organization.

Each release builds on what you already have in place and gives you more ways to support meaningful conversations and useful insights.

Available Now

Export Meeting Helpfulness Data (Available November 2025)

You can now export Meeting Helpfulness data, making it easier to share insights and work with the data in ways that fit your existing workflows.

Admins can quickly download the full dataset, allowing you to pair it with other engagement data and bring impact insights directly into your team’s planning or review processes. Learn more about tracking meeting helpfulness.

Limit Responses to Program Surveys (Available November 2025)

When creating program surveys, you can now set a limit so participants can only submit one response. After submitting a response, participants can edit their response but they cannot submit a new response.

Master Enrollment Controls (Available November 2025)

This settings allows administrators to configure membership settings in advance and easily control when enrollment opens or closes - without needing to reconfigure role-specific settings each time.

Coming Soon

More Tools for Managing Cohorts (Coming Early 2026)

In the coming weeks, we’re making cohort management simpler and more hands on for admins. This update gives you time-saving tools to help you keep your programs moving at the pace you need, right from your admin dashboard.

Guided Connection Communities (Coming Early 2026)

Guided Conversations offer simple, ready-to-use prompts that help people start discussions and stay engaged. We’d launched them first as part of our Mentoring product.

However, in early 2026, we’ll be extending this experience to Connection Communities. This is an easy way to encourage connection among your community members without adding extra work for your participants or your team.
