User Interface (UI): The dashboard has been enhanced for better usability, making it more straightforward for admins to navigate the new alert and custom metric management features.
Alert Management
Add Alerts: Admins can now easily add new alerts directly from the widget or globally across the platform.
Modify Alerts: The interface has been streamlined to allow for straightforward modification of existing alerts, ensuring that updates can be made quickly and efficiently.
Delete Alerts: Admins have the ability to delete alerts that are no longer needed, helping to keep the alert system relevant and uncluttered.
Custom Metrics Management
Add Custom Metrics: New custom metrics can now be easily added, providing more tailored insights and data points relevant to your needs.
Modify Custom Metrics: Adjust existing custom metrics as required, allowing for flexible reporting and analysis.
Delete Custom Metrics: Unnecessary or outdated custom metrics can now be deleted, helping to maintain a streamlined and effective metric set.
Engagement Tab
Survey Responses: View and analyze survey responses directly from the new Engagement tab. This feature provides valuable feedback and insights into user satisfaction and engagement.
Ongoing Connection Status: Monitor the status of ongoing connections between mentors and mentees. This includes tracking active/inactive and not started connections.
Default Dashboard Switch: With this release, the new dashboard will automatically become the default for all admins. The admins will still have the option to navigate to the old dashboard for sometime to get used to the new dashboard.
