Why does my solution pack import fail?

Here are the primary causes and fixes for solution pack import failures:

1. Program Type Mismatch: Ensure the source and destination programs match (e.g., regular to regular, Peer to Peer).
2. Leftover Connection Plan Templates: Temporarily enable Mentoring Connections V2 on the source, re-export, import to the destination, and then disable it on both.
3. Connection Plan Feature Disabled: Enable "Connection Plan" under Program Settings > Mentoring & Connection Area on both instances before exporting/importing, then disable if unnecessary.
4. Draft Goal Configuration Mismatch: Remove any unassigned profile questions from the source program's draft goal configuration, then re-export and import.
5. Disabled Mailer Template: Request a fresh solution pack from Solution Dev via your Chronus CSM.
6. Duplicate Admin View Titles: Rename any duplicate admin view titles in the source program under Manage > Admin Views, then re-export and import.
7. Oversized Announcement Attachment (>10 MB): Extract the ZIP, remove the file reference from the attachment_file_name column in announcement.csv, re-ZIP, and import. You can upload a smaller file directly after.
8. Expired Solution Pack Links: Re-export a fresh solution pack and import it immediately to avoid expired asset links.
