Goal: To make Webex meeting scheduling easier from Chronus to boost employee engagement
Features & Capabilities:
1. Webex is available for integration if you already have the video integrations capability enabled. If not, your CSM can help enable this for you.
2. The Webex app needs to be integrated at the global level by the global admin who also has Webex admin capabilities to consent to the integration permissions.
3. Once connected, you will receive a success message and then, the webex meeting mode needs to be enabled at program level.
4. End users can create Webex meetings from Chronus, while scheduling meetings or meeting requests by choosing the meeting mode as “Webex Video Call”
5. Once scheduled, the meetings would have direct links to Webex meetings. The meetings would be shown in users Webex Meetings page too.
