Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Why are you no longer supporting Internet Explorer?

Microsoft announced on May 15, 2021 that they will cease support for Internet Explorer beginning on June 15, 2022. Since the browser itself will no longer be supported by Microsoft in the near future, Chronus has decided to focus resources for development on browsers that will continue to be supported by their developers.

Will you support Microsoft Edge instead?

Chronus will support Microsoft Edge going forward.

Can I use IE Mode in Microsoft Edge to access Chronus?

No, this is effectively the same as trying to access Chronus using Internet Explorer and will result in the same error message being received.
