Safelisting Chronus Emails

Some organizational email settings may cause emails from Chronus to automatically be denied, bounced, or sent to the spam/trash folder by default. To avoid this, your organization will need to safelist the Chronus email domain and IP address at the organizational level. Once Chronus is safelisted, all emails will be delivered normally.

How to Safelist Chronus Emails

Below is the domain and IP address that you need to safelist the Chronus domain within your organization to receive emails without any issues. You can pass this information to your IT team for further assistance.

If your program has users from multiple email domains, such as Outlook, Gmail, or others, individual users may need to safelist the Chronus domain on their own. Safelisting instructions are typically available through the email domain provider's support site.
